Construction of Rosella Apartments has surpassed the halfway point, with the structure topped out, services being roughed in and wall framing underway. The future is within reach, with new residents looking forward to calling Rosella home in 2025.
The basement and all the way to the 4th floor is now completed. We anticipate that the last floor will be poured after Melbourne Cup day.
